I am dust before Your great wall,

I am a droplet in the oceans of Your love, even a speck of one small droplet,

You tower over all things in majestic enlightenment that out shines all darkness, I attempt to be a spark so that I can call You my own.

You so graciously take me in and enlighten me as yourself with no judgment or regard to evaluation. You simply love Your own.

You care for me, You care for them, You care for all of us, You care and keep caring for all of infinity. Amen.

You come to me, and whisper Your love, Your compassion.

I reside here wondering the direction of my path and how it is that I can possibly please You, my dear Beloved.

The orchestration of Your infinite loving kindness moves invisibly and mysteriously directing and guiding the multitude of cosmic enchantments that surround us all.

~

I am blind to Your endowment of riches that rain down around me. I drown but remain unaware. How is it that I am worthy of such loving kindness and mercy.

~

You see beyond my faults, my misgivings, my doubts, my desires to turn aside and go my own way. I just don’t understand you as you call me out into your love and bathe me in your kindness.

It shocks me cold and my ignorant heart grows bitterness and anger.

I walk away from you in utter exasperation and angst because I do not understand you.

~

I have a million reasons, justifications, stories, scenarios, and excuses for not loving You, yet You love me anyway.

You tenderly care for me and watch my every move like a mother watches over her child.

I fall and You pick me up. I rebel and You patiently wait for me.

How is it that You love me so? Amen.
